We offer a possibility to flexible hybrid work.     Your role and responsibilities:     As a General Manager, Quality and Management Systems (R&amp;D and Engineering) your work will include design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Quality related processes and integrated management frameworks that support innovation, product &amp; Technology development, and compliance.  You’ll be working as a part of energetic Quality &amp; Management Systems team with diverse expertise.   Your work will focus on these responsibilities: <ul><li>Define and implement the quality and management system strategy for R&amp;D and Engineering to ensure alignment with organizational goals</li><li>Drive implementation of R&amp;D and Engineering Quality vision, roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives related to Quality</li><li>Lead and mentor a team of quality experts supporting R&amp;D and Engineering</li><li>Promote and establish culture of quality-by-design, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout R&amp;D and Engineering functions</li><li>Establish and maintain Quality Management Systems and related processes for R&amp;D and Engineering operations</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulations and standards impacting R&amp;D and Engineering (e.g. ISO)</li><li>Ensure R&amp;D and Engineering employees are trained in relevant quality and compliance practices  </li></ul>To be able to succeed in the position, we expect you to have:   <ul><li>M.
