This role ensures data integrity, system functionality, and reporting accuracy across HR platforms. The analyst collaborates with HR, IT, and other departments to streamline HR processes and improve data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: •    Maintain and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules to support HR operations. •    Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance. •    Develop and generate reports and dashboards for HR metrics and analytics. •    Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to HR users. •    Collaborate with IT and vendors on system upgrades and integrations. •    Train HR staff on SuccessFactors usage and best practices. •    Ensure data security and privacy compliance. •    Support HR initiatives such as onboarding, payroll, performance management, and benefits. •    Document processes and maintain system manuals and user guides. •    Stay current with HRIS trends and recommend improvements. Qualifications: •    Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. •    2–5 years of experience in HRIS or HR technology roles. •    Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors modules in a global environment(e.g., Employee Central, LMS, PMGM). •    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •    Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). •    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •    Understanding of HR processes and data privacy regulations. Preferred Skills: •    Experience with system implementations or upgrades. •    Knowledge of data integration and automation tools. •    Certification in SAP SuccessFactors or People Analytics is a plus.
