Company backgroundShayp is a fast-growing technology startup that helps private and public organizations drive down water consumption and generate savings by better addressing leakages and discrepancies in their buildings.We’re looking for passionate people to join our exceptional team as a Partner Manager to support on the delivery of projects across Europe.As a Partner Manager, you will be a key member of our Delivery Team to deploy strategic projects and move the needle forward in our business.<h2>Tasks</h2>The position:As a Partner Manager you will have the following tasks and responsibilities:​<ul><li>Develop and manage our network of technical and commercial partners</li><li>Ensure that all projects are delivered timely, within scope and budget with the help of our partners</li><li>Ensure resource availability and allocation</li><li>Monitor and track progress</li><li>Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques</li><li>Measure performance using appropriate tools and techniques</li><li>Report and escalate to management as needed</li><li>Establish, maintain and manage relationships with the relevant stakeholders</li><li>Create and maintain comprehensive documentation</li><li>Organize partner onboarding and training</li><li>Meet with stakeholders to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project</li><li>Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs</li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2>Mandatory requirements:<ul><li>Interest in environment, sustainability and/or applied sciences</li><li>Full work authorization in Belgium (EU citizen)</li><li>Previous experience in commercial or engineering positions</li><li>Full proficiency in French and English (C1/C2)</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to multitask</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets</li></ul>Nice to have:<ul><li>Working experience in a startup or in his/her own business/project; even if it crashed and burned, we want to hear about what he/she learned from the experience</li><li>Personal ambitions, whether it be winning a world class League of Legends championship or becoming a certified yoga instructor; we want people who will add their interests and experience to our thriving culture</li><li>Degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Architecture or similar fields</li></ul><h2>Benefits</h2>What you’ll get:<ul><li>A chill and goal-oriented atmosphere in Brussels</li><li>Possibility to work remotely on request</li><li>Full-time role with flexible hours</li><li>Coaching, empowerment and hands-on experience</li><li>The opportunity to leave make the difference as part of our growing team</li><li>Competitive salary package and benefits</li></ul>We’re passionate about our people and our culture. Shayp brings real-time water flow analytics and non-invasive technology that helps reduce and prevent customer-side leakages. Using AI, we help you leverage water meter data to reveal water usage inefficiencies and leakages in all types of buildings. Our water leak detection service also guides building operators in identifying leaks and improving the situation. They can now prioritise and dispatch maintenance, saving costs and effort. On average, they see 22% cuts in their water consumption and bills.
