If you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy influencing strategic outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.Location: The successful person would be required to commute to our head office in Windsor (SL4 5GD) circa 3 times per week.Responsibilities of the role:<ul><li>Take ownership of and drive continuous improvement across core Group FP&amp;A processes (such as monthly results, investment reporting, planning, forecasting, strategic planning, Interims, Prelims etc), collaborating effectively with stakeholders to meet tight deadlines</li><li>Review and report on business performance regularly, comparing against prior year, Group Annual Plan and latest view, partnering with the business to analyse financial and operational (value driver) variances</li><li>Monitor and report on Group Risks &amp; Opportunities, clearly articulating key drivers and actionable insights</li><li>Prepare clear, concise and impactful performance reporting for key stakeholders, including the Centrica Board and Centrica Leadership Team</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Business Units and Finance to enable a thorough understanding of business performance, drivers and processes</li><li>Support the wider Business Unit FP&amp;A finance teams in driving operational excellence and best practice.
