The role will also lead optimization of ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management (APM) to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence, ensuring consistency and performance across platforms.Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Ensure that enterprise application architecture supports organizational strategy and objectives.</li><li>Define integration strategies that promote standardization, reduce technical debt, and improve agility.</li><li>Provide technical leadership and enforce architectural standards and best practices.</li><li>Evaluate emerging technologies and vendors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.</li><li>Collaborate closely with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align priorities and communicate effectively.</li><li>Optimize the ServiceNow APM function for analytics, reporting, and BI initiatives.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.</li><li>5–8 years of experience in enterprise architecture, business process architecture, or a related technical field.</li><li>Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks.</li><li>Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.</li><li>Experience with integration technologies and API management.</li><li>Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and influence cross-functional teams.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical concepts to senior and C-level stakeholders.</li><li>Adaptability to evolving technology landscapes and changing business needs.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Master’s degree (MSc, MBA, or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field.</li><li>Experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.</li><li>Global or multi-national organization experience.</li><li>Demonstrated success implementing modern business process and technology solutions.</li></ul><h3></h3>Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, employees may be required to move throughout an office environment, engage in frequent communication, use vision extensively, and operate standard office equipment.
