In this role, you will support the sales organization in delivering excellent customer service, ensuring smooth order processing, and maintaining high-quality communication with both customers and suppliers.Responsibilities / TasksSales Support<ul><li>Prepare and translate presentations, offers, and contract drafts for customers and suppliers.</li><li>Provide administrative and coordination support to front-line sales.</li></ul>Order Processing<ul><li>Ensure accuracy of order details, including pricing, lead times, and customer data.</li><li>Coordinate with sales, service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order flow.</li></ul>Customer &amp; Supplier Communication<ul><li>Provide timely updates on order status.</li><li>Address customer inquiries and resolve any order-related issues.</li></ul>Order Tracking and Reporting<ul><li>Maintain accurate order records, track shipments, and prepare reports for management.</li></ul>CRM Data Management<ul><li>Accurately input, update, and maintain customer information in the CRM system.</li></ul>Your Profile / QualificationsEducation &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Law, or Engineering (Engineering or Business background preferred).</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.</li><li>Good understanding of sales processes and offered equipment.</li><li>Awareness of legal aspects in contract negotiations.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills.</li><li>Target-driven and highly organized.</li><li>Fluent in Ukrainian and good command of English (both written and spoken).</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
