Address discrepancies and update records as needed.</li><li>·  Order Fulfillment: Supervise and participate in the picking, packing, and shipping processes. Ensure that orders are filled accurately and dispatched in a timely manner.</li><li>·  Material Handling: Operate and maintain advanced warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, reach trucks, and palletizers. Ensure proper handling and storage of materials. Cycle Counting experience preferred</li><li>·  Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, shipments, and receipts. Prepare reports on inventory levels, order status, and operational metrics.</li><li>·  Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and practices to minimize risks and maintain a safe working environment. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.</li><li>·  Customer Service: Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to material handling or order fulfillment, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Your Profile / QualificationsQualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Education: High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in warehouse operations or material handling preferred.</li><li>Experience: Previous warehouse experience with expertise in inventory management and equipment operation.</li><li>A minimum of 1 year of forklift experience</li><li>Strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures. Cycle counting experience is a plus</li><li>Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items safely; stand/walk for extended periods.</li><li>Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all inventory and shipping activities.</li><li>Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve discrepancies or process inefficiencies.</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic data entry.</li><li>Equipment Operation: Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse machinery.</li><li>Time Management &amp; Flexibility: Meet deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and work efficiently under pressure.</li><li>Communication: Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow written/verbal instructions.</li><li>Work Environment: Comfortable working in various conditions, including outdoor temperatures.</li></ul>The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $20-$22 per hour.  GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States.The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position.
