The Analyst will be responsible for following up on client requests, making sure deliverables are prepared in a timely manner, analyzing client documents and portfolios, and supporting the sales team in external interactions across clients. This role requires a highly organized, strategic thinker with solid solar industry knowledge and a proactive mindset. </div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage and prioritize tasks and report progress on projects regularly to key stakeholders. </li><li>Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.  </li><li>Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. </li><li>Manage internal request processes for proposals, site screenings, production models, and interconnection applications. </li><li>Track and manage project timelines and drive projects along the scheduling critical path to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource usage. </li><li>Evaluate client properties and portfolios to assess solar viability and summarize key insights for internal stakeholders. </li><li>Stay apprised of the development process for various project types you are assigned (community solar, behind the meter, various locations).  </li><li>Collect, organize, and categorize critical documents and information from the client on projects within internal CRM.  </li><li>Document key takeaways from client calls, including action items and follow-ups, to ensure seamless project execution. </li><li>Facilitate smooth project hand-offs from sales to operations, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize tasks. </li><li>Collaborate with policy, legal, and operations teams to track and apply key insights regarding program rules, contract requirements, and critical project deadlines. </li><li>Collaborate with management to create and manage development processes. </li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science/Studies, or related field. </li><li>Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Proficiency in Excel;
