This is a foundational role where you will be responsible for creating a high-performing engineering organization from the ground up. You will report directly to our CTO in Copenhagen and be a key member of the global Engineering Management team, working closely with our other hubs in Copenhagen and Paris.Your primary mission is to hire and develop several product-focused engineering teams. This includes recruiting and managing the Engineering Leads who will be the daily managers for each team.
