You'll work closely with our team and learn about both customer centricity and the energy industry. You will create engaging e-learning content, update product documentation, and develop hands-on learning experiences that will help our clients maximize value from their Rystad Energy subscription. You will collaborate with energy experts to ensure that the content reflects real-world challenges and workflows. If you're passionate about sharing knowledge, content creation or the energy industry, we want to hear from you!  Key responsibilities <ul><li>Create engaging and effective learning content (videos, quizzes, etc.) with tools like Clueso, Wistia, VEED or Canva. </li></ul><ul><li>Update and improve product documentation to ensure our clients have the best possible experience with our solutions. </li></ul><ul><li>Design and develop use case-based hands-on learning experiences with real-world data to help clients maximize value from our products. </li></ul><ul><li>Publish and maintain content on the Learning Management System (ThoughtIndustries). </li></ul><ul><li>Analyze usage trends and feedback and suggest improvements. </li></ul> What we’re looking for <ul><li>We're looking for a creative and technically savvy individual who is passionate about learning and development. </li></ul><ul><li>A proactive growth mindset and a willingness to explore the energy industry and Rystad Energy products. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with content creation (video editing or writing). </li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical subject matter experts. </li></ul><ul><li>Resourcefulness and adaptability with a willingness to get hands-on with energy data and learn new tools and skills. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality learning content. </li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with the energy industry (desirable). </li></ul> What we offer <ul><li>A dynamic and diverse work environment with opportunities to collaborate across teams and contribute to the growth of a global business. </li></ul><ul><li>Participation in creative instructional design projects, where you will learn hands-on about the role of customer education in customer success and best practices with the ADDIE process and AI tools. </li></ul><ul><li>Exposure to the energy industry, where you’ll learn from subject matter experts and get hands-on with data in Rystad Energy’s tools. </li></ul>Applications close on the 31st of October.
