The ideal candidate would check some of the following: Qualifications 🏆<ul><li>8+ years of experience in product design, with 3-5+ years leading design teams in B2B environments.</li><li>Track record of designing and shipping impactful B2B SaaS products that solve complex business problems.</li><li>A portfolio showcasing system-level design thinking across multiple customer journeys.</li><li>Expertise in design systems, interaction design, and information architecture for enterprise software.</li><li>Proficiency in modern design tools, prototyping workflows, and design operations.</li><li>Experience leading cross-functional teams and working in close partnership with product and engineering.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in streamlining design processes and optimizing team workflows for efficiency.</li></ul> Nice to have ➕ <ul><li>AI fluency including both designing AI-powered user experiences and leveraging AI tools to enhance design workflows and productivity.</li><li>Experience working in a SaaS company ideally in the B2B Enterprise space.</li><li>Fluency in French is a strong plus.
