Electrical Estimator Spark Power, a trusted partner in energy in North America, is looking for an Estimator to join our team in our Dallas-Fort Worth, Tx Office..The Estimator will work closely with project managers, suppliers, customers and trade partners to produce precise cost estimates and support preconstruction planning. You’ll be involved in every step of the estimating process, including scope reviews, job walks, and cost evaluations. Here’s what we’re looking for:<ul> <li>Established track record with at least four years in roles related to estimating, engineering, or project management.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with interior commercial build-outs, tenant upgrades, shell construction, and industrial plant developments.</li> <li>Extensive experience with industry-standard construction methods and material usage.</li> <li>Strong knowledge and understanding of the National Electrical Code.</li> <li>Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.</li> <li>Proficient in construction software including Bluebeam, Building Connected, and Accubid</li> <li>Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.</li> <li>Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Must have a valid driver’s license.</li></ul>Who is Spark Power?Spark Power is the leading independent provider of end-to-end electrical services and operations and maintenance services to the industrial, utility, and renewable asset markets in North America.
