Position Description: The Proposal Manager is responsible for the commercial management of battery energy storage system (BESS) proposals that are presented by customers on a daily basis. This role works closely with teams including application engineering, business development, procurement, and other specialized services to ensure that the proposal is developed within the Customer's Request for Proposal (RFP) guidelines and specifications while maintaining continency with our company's strategy and standards. The Proposal Manager oversees all aspects of proposals including pricing, commercial questions, and documentation, and maintains sales team communications and relationships. The position reports to the Head of Europe Sales and other senior management personnel the company may designate.
