You’ll take the lead on all roof-related work and help deliver top-tier solar installations that power California homes.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Read and interpret solar plan sets and layouts</li><li>Install residential solar systems on various roof types</li><li>Lead roof layouts and complete roof penetrations</li><li>Ensure all racking is level, secure, and properly grounded</li><li>Bend and run rooftop conduit for solar wiring</li><li>Perform basic electrical connections (home runs, jumper wires, etc.)</li><li>Manage roof-top safety and fall protection in compliance with OSHA </li><li>Install tilt kits, solar panels, and related components</li><li>Represent Simply Solar with professionalism and a positive attitude</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>1.5+ years of solar installation or roofing experience (minimum)</li><li>Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse</li><li>Strong communication skills and attention to detail</li><li>Experience with battery systems or ground mounts (preferred)</li><li>Crew leadership or training experience (a plus)</li><li>Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check</li></ul>Who You AreYou’re a motivated, hands-on professional who takes pride in safe, high-quality solar work.
