Your mission <ul><li>Prepare and verify monthly payroll input data, including attendance records, new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, and leave records. </li><li>Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and aligned with legal requirements.</li><li>Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, scheduling interviews, candidate communication, and pre-onboarding tasks.</li><li>Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and exiting employees.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.</li><li>Support the administration of employee benefits, leave tracking, attendance, and performance review processes.</li><li>Assist with employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.</li><li>Prepare regular HR reports and data analysis for management.</li><li>Ensure HR policies and practices are followed and updated according to legal and organizational requirements.</li><li>Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related inquiries and provide timely support or solutions.</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.</li><li>2+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably with payroll involvement.</li><li>Basic understanding of local labor law and payroll-related regulations.</li><li>Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Personio).</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential data.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management.</li><li>Fluency in in English. Proficiency in additional European languages such as German, French, or Spanish is a strong advantage.</li></ul>
