You’ll act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.Your Scandinavian language skills and cultural insight will be a key asset, helping us shape recruitment strategies that are locally relevant and aligned with our global ambitions. By bringing your local knowledge to an international team, you will make a real impact on how we attract and engage talent across business areas.In this role, you will:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of professional and technical roles across Europe.</li><li>Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.</li><li>Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide market insight and guidance.</li><li>Take part in global TA projects to improve our recruitment tools, processes, and candidate experience.</li></ul>
