<div>Job Type</div><div>Full-time</div> We are seeking a professional to lead our sustainability team. This position would focus on  creating and distributing sustainability reporting, managing elective recycling service  partnerships, and customer training and education. REPORTING DUTIES  1. Monthly Environmental Report Creation/Distribution <ul><li>Enter data from recycling drivers’ routes into our Trux database and maintain environmental routes. </li><li>Set up new accounts for environmental statements and maintain existing accounts. </li><li>Create and distribute Environmental Reports to 100+ customers monthly. </li></ul>2. Waste Audits and Reporting <ul><li>Coordinate audit procedure and dates with customer, dispatch, and the recycling plant. </li><li>Perform LEED certified waste audits on customer containers. </li><li>Create a comprehensive report for customers tracking the contents found in containers. </li></ul>3. LEED Construction Reports Creation/Distribution <ul><li>Generate, save, and send LEED reports to customers. </li><li>Set up new accounts to track diversion when applicable.</li><li>Respond to customer inquiries regarding said reports.</li></ul>SUBCONTRACT COORDINATION<ul><li>Establish and maintain ancillary recycling services (paper shredding, e-waste recycling, compost collection) for all applicable accounts. This includes recurring services as well as one-time services. </li><li>Coordinate with the service vendor and customer to schedule and oversee services</li></ul>BILLING/INVOICING/CREDITS DUTIES <ul><li>Prepare and enter billing for universal waste pickups. </li><li>Prepare and enter billing for monthly compost pickups. </li><li>Prepare and enter billing for paper shredding. </li><li>Prepare and enter billing for miscellaneous items (trash FOBS, container sales, compostable bin liners, decal orders, etc.). </li></ul>EDUCATION DUTIES Participate in: <ul><li>Lunch-and-learns when needed (in person or virtual) </li><li>Cleaning staff trainings </li><li>Tabling events/vendor fairs </li><li>Walk-through waste audits and audit summaries </li><li>Recycling program launch trainings (new and existing customers) </li><li>Attend sales meetings with clients when needed. </li></ul>Manage the scheduling for Earth Day and America Recycles Day event calendars.  RFP’s/SALES FORCE/SALES SUPPORT 1. Bids <ul><li>Work with Sales to complete and submit RFP’s. </li></ul>RECYCLING CONTAMINATION <ul><li>Educate customers on recycling contamination through photos/grading information. </li><li>Develop tools and suggestions to help customers avoid continued recycling contamination</li></ul>MARKETING DUTIES <ul><li>Work closely with the sales team to create/develop marketing materials for Sales/Sustainability. </li><li>Create/distribute signage (flyers, brochures, posters). </li><li>Maintain and distribute program startup guides for sustainability sub-k services. </li></ul>MISCELLANEOUS <ul><li>Assemble compactor activation data on a monthly basis. </li><li>Keep track of/order applicable inventory. </li><li>Complete purchase requisition documents. </li><li>Assist in recycling plant tour set up. </li><li>Assist in managing office compost and recycling programs. </li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Sustainability degree or sustainability experience. </li><li>LEED GA preferred </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, Canva, and Adobe Acroba </li></ul>
