<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Resident Technical Officer (Mechanical &amp; Electrical) to join our team in Singapore, Singapore under 2-years contract. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of the mechanical and electrical systems of our project:</p><ul><li>Good co-ordination skills and good technical knowledge of M&amp;E systems/ equipment, including security systems</li><li>To carry out regular site supervision and inspection of the works/materials including any off-site production as instructed by the consultant team so as to ensure that mechanical and electrical works, including security systems, are constructed to required quality, accuracy and workmanship</li><li>To monitor work in progress in accordance to Approved Master Schedules with breakdown to Monthly, Weekly and Daily programmes</li><li>To assist the RE on daily, weekly and monthly reports of site progress as per contractor’s approved program, activities, issues and resolutions</li><li>To check and verify reports, variaations and progress claims submitted by contractors, including as built quantity for the variations</li><li>To undertake any other duties related to the project as and when instructed by the SO and RE.</li></ul>
