ACCOUNTABILITY-Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our ServiceNow platform by conducting regular audits, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices.- This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of ServiceNow and Dashboard knowledge.- Asist the RSC HR head to ensure the uniformity of service delivery in geographically scattered organizationsAREAS OF IMPACT-HR Operational Service delivery excellence.-Profitability of the business- Reduces the overall organization costs through more effective HR procedures.-Stakeholder and business 'satisfactionPERFORMANCE MEASURES-Dashboard prepared on Internal / External Audit-Health score card of the processes and Department-Key stakeholder satisfaction targets (CSS)- Internal stake holder feedbackMAIN TASKS &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES-Conduct regular quality assurance audits of the ServiceNow platform to ensure compliance with internal standards and best practices. -Analyze data and metrics from ServiceNow to identify trends, performance issues, and areas for improvement. -Collaborate with ServiceNow Product Owner to share the requirements and implement enhancements related to ServiceNow Dashboard -Develop and maintain documentation related to quality assurance process managed by Global HR Operation team.- Monitor and report on the performance of workflows and processes within ServiceNow. • Ensure the processes are ready for auditing and testing.- Able to track progress and submit timely reports and documentationFUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES-Technical Expertise: Proficient in PowerBi Dashboard, Excel and ServiceNow modules -Data Integrity: Ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity within ServiceNow through effective governance practices. -Problem Solving: Skilled at identifying issues, conducting root cause analysis, and devising effective solutions. -Automation: Knowledge of automating routine tasks and workflows within ServiceNow to drive efficiency and reduce manual efforts. • Strong experience of working in Global HR Shared Service centre environments.-Having 5-8 years of experience in documentation of SOP’s, processes, auditing and testing of processesBEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIESExperience of working in a global matrixed organisation,-Experience working in a fast-changing environment- Able to take initiative, and act with confidence- Ability to collaborate with virtual Global teams/ Stakeholders.- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across multiple geographies.- Knowledge and experience of working in multinational company's
