This includes Maintaining user accounts and receiving/reporting issues</li><li>Preparation, drafting and issuing of technical documentation to support the business for demands unique to the North American market</li><li>Assist with troubleshooting problematic performance or improvements in existing pump control systems and by demonstrating a level of knowledge and expertise that encourages the End User to upgrade their existing Xylem installation or replace Competitor products.</li><li>Configure controllers and communication devices for cloud connectivity</li><li>Complete order processing for cloud connectivity orders in the ERP system</li><li>Additional duties and responsibilities may be required based on organization needs</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS: <ul><li>0-3 years Technical Support experience</li><li>Demonstrate a good depth and breadth of knowledge for electronics and electrical systems, including but not limited to understanding wiring diagrams</li><li>Working knowledge of order processing and marketing policies and procedures. Should also have a basic knowledge of products, customers, pricing, and logistics.</li><li>Preferred minimum of 4-5 years customer service experience in a technical product line, B2B Preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated customer advocacy skills</li><li>Ability to self-motivate and work independently </li><li>Comfortable in a fast-paced environment welcoming change and growth</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience working with CRM system (Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics) a plus a strong commitment to working with a team, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining professionalism is required</li><li>Bilingual (English/French or English/Spanish) preferred</li><li>Experience with ticket systems (Jira, Zendesk, Zoho, Helpdesk, etc.)</li></ul>DAY IN THE LIFE:In this role, the working environment is in an office space and the physical demands may include but not limited to regularly sitting, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
