Runwise is looking for a Product Manager - Hardware &amp; R&amp;D who is highly motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about building products that customers love. Runwise (<a href="http://www.heatwatch.com/">www.runwise.com</a>) is a fast-paced, customer-focused climate-tech startup that controls and runs the key energy systems (heating, water, etc.) in 7000+ buildings throughout the US. Runwise’s unique hardware and software service significantly reduces energy usage, substantially lowering costs and carbon output. As of today, Runwise’s technology takes the equivalent of 100,000 cars worth of carbon emissions off the road each year. Runwise has offices in New York and Boston but is a remote-first product/engineering company, and has been since its creation. We’re looking for a hardware-obsessed Product Manager to to drive the development of new devices, from initial concepts through to large-scale deployment across thousands of buildings. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, shaping product strategy, and guiding execution for integrated hardware/software solutions that deliver real customer value.As a Hardware PM, you’ll work closely with our engineering, manufacturing, operations, and product design teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure we deliver devices that are reliable, cost-effective, and delightful to use.
