Reporting to Dandelion’s Consumer Installations Leader, this is a highly hands-on, technical role where no two days are the same—you’ll be out in the field visiting crews, troubleshooting systems, and ensuring every geothermal installation meets our high standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.You’ll lead four installation teams plus our licensed electrician and plumber, overseeing planning, scheduling, and on-site execution from start to finish.
