You will take ownership of core finance functions to drive operational efficiency and support our rapid growth in the solar sector.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Payroll accounting, and Intercompany transactions.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.</li><li>Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IND AS / IFRS / US GAAP as applicable.</li><li>Manage consolidation and reporting to headquarters (HQ) within corporate timelines.</li><li>Oversee statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax), audit, regulatory filings, and internal control matters.</li></ul>Internal Controls &amp; Internal Controls<ul><li>Liaise with external auditors, lead internal audits, compile documentation, resolve queries, champion robust process improvements, automation, ERP implementations, and implementation of best financial practices as the company scales.</li></ul>Compliance, Payroll &amp;
