<p>We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Stakeholder Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing relationships with various stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, and supporting project initiatives across the organization.</p><ul><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and events with stakeholders</li><li>Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items</li><li>Manage stakeholder communication channels and ensure timely dissemination of information</li><li>Monitor and report on stakeholder engagement activities and their outcomes</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align stakeholder interests with organizational goals</li><li>Identify and mitigate potential risks or conflicts related to stakeholder relationships</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date stakeholder databases and contact information</li><li>Assist in the development of stakeholder engagement strategies and plans</li><li>Support the creation of presentations, reports, and other materials for stakeholder communications</li></ul>
