And that’s where you come in.Job Description:This role provides high-level administrative support to the LATAM Director and assists the Human Resources Manager with coordination and communication tasks; requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, bilingual environment.Accountabilities<ul><li>Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.</li><li>Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents in English and Spanish.</li><li>Act as a liaison between the Director, internal teams, and external stakeholders.</li><li>Support HR activities such as onboarding, employee communications, and event coordination.</li><li>Maintain confidential files and records related to executive and HR matters.</li><li>Organize and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.</li><li>Assist in preparing reports and data for HR and management reviews.</li><li>Coordinate logistics for internal and external events, trainings, and workshops.</li><li>Handle expense reports, purchase orders, and other administrative processes.</li></ul>Required Skills/Knowledge<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in executive support or administrative roles.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.</li><li>Experience supporting HR functions is a plus.</li></ul>Education/QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.LanguagesFluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
