Independent processing of a versatile subject area in accordance with general guidelines (e.g. in the areas of recruiting, employer branding, personnel development, payroll, etc.)HR Business Partnering: Independent support and consulting of defined company divisions on human resources management topics (e.g. personnel planning, labor law)Payroll and time management: Monitoring, support and quality assurance of the entire accounting processes and time recording systems. Maintenance of HR systems: Ensuring data integrity through regular updating and controlling Document creation: Preparation of employment contracts, references and correspondence, among other things.Communication structure: Support of an effective basis for communication with specialist departments, works council and SBV.
