Prepare and effectively communicate analysis for executive review and consideration.</li><li>Interact with other departments on business issues that impact financial projections. Partner with internal and external customers to lead and grow the business.</li><li>Manage the monthly close process for the business including the analysis and booking of accounting entries, completion and presentation of a monthly financial reporting package, quarter-end reporting support, and account reconciliations.</li><li>Develop, maintain, and communicate forecasts, budgets, and long-term strategic plans. Take ownership over organizing the process and input needed from other functions.</li><li>Streamline financial reporting and communication. Identify and support continuous improvement projects across the business.</li><li>Help identify and analyze opportunities for optimal capital allocation and help drive  “Make vs. Buy” decisions.</li><li>Partner with the Director of Finance and Product Management in planning, measuring and reporting on performance of assigned areas and opportunities to improve profitability through pricing or cost efficiency.</li><li>Responsibility over the management and administration of business systems and procedures; ensure that the effectiveness of new procedures is validated, and Sarbanes-Oxley process documentation is updated for changes effecting internal controls.</li><li>Champion the Oshkosh People First competencies to engage, develop, and connect team members.</li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:   <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Eight (8) or more years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or treasury.</li><li>Ability to travel 10%.</li></ul>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: <ul><li>Experience leading others in a fast-paced work environment.</li><li>Thorough knowledge of various financial regulations (ie.
