associates, subcontractors, visitors, and others present at the company premises.</li><li>Coordinates all emergency operations as outlined in the building’s self-protection measures.</li><li>Communicates and enforces safe work procedures.</li><li>Plays an active role in managing the factory’s Emergency Plan.</li><li>Responsible for developing, implementing, and administering the company’s HR policies and programs that support business strategy requirements, ensuring optimal use of human resources and contributing to overall operating profit, cash flow, and value creation goals.</li><li>Develops, implements, and maintains effective systems for recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation and rewards, and training and development programs.</li><li>Works with managers to formulate succession plans for key positions.</li><li>Develops, implements, and achieves strong departmental performance in terms of budget and non-financial Environment, and HR team.</li><li>Establishes continuous improvement plans that lead to a more efficient organization.</li><li>Facilitates efficient and open communication within the department and field with increasing responsibility.</li><li>5+ years of supervisory experience in medium-sized units or multiple locations.</li><li>Strong knowledge of labor legislation.</li><li>Solid understanding of occupational safety requirements.</li><li>Proficiency in people management and development techniques.</li><li>Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.</li><li>Proficiency in Portuguese
