This position reports to the Director of Marketing &amp; Communications.<h2>Responsibilities: 								</h2><ul style=""><li>Content Creation: Draft, edit, and produce a wide range of materials for both Hayden AI and our partners, including videos, fact sheets, newsletters, website copy, op-eds, and more.</li><li>Social Media Management: Assist with planning, creating, and scheduling timely and engaging content for Hayden AI’s social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn), with a focus on growing our audience, increasing engagement, and strengthening relationships with our stakeholder community. Experience with creating, editing, and promoting short-form video content is preferred.</li><li>Company Branding: Promote and develop Hayden AI’s brand in the technology sector by securing industry-related publicity opportunities, such as conference speaking engagements; assist with internal communication efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and branding are used by employees across the company.</li><li>Product and Program Communications: Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams and Hayden AI customers to create communications materials that explains the purpose and benefits of automated bus lane, bus stop, bike lane, and double parking enforcement programs.</li><li>Public Relations: Support public relations efforts by drafting press releases, pitching stories, and working with reporters to secure media coverage and build brand awareness.</li><li>Travel Requirements Position requires up to 15% travel.</li><li>Work on-site in our NYC office 3 days a week.</li></ul><h2>Required Qualifications:</h2><ul style=""><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.</li><li>2-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the technology, public transit, or government sectors.</li><li>Exceptional writing and editing ability.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to produce content quickly, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience with graphic design and video editing tools.</li><li>Experience with public relations and media outreach.</li></ul><ul style=""><li>Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Familiarity with AI tools for communication materials.</li></ul><h2>To Apply:</h2>Please submit a resume, cover letter, and 1-2 writing samples.
