<p>We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Safety, Health &amp; Environment Specialist V to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this senior-level position, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive safety, health, and environmental programs across our organization's operations.</p><ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain advanced safety, health, and environmental (SHE) programs, systems, and procedures aligned with local regulations and international best practices</li><li>Provide strategic leadership and guidance to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a culture of safety throughout the organization</li><li>Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop innovative strategies to mitigate potential hazards in the workplace</li><li>Lead and mentor a team of SHE professionals, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment</li><li>Analyze complex SHE data and prepare detailed reports for senior management and regulatory agencies</li><li>Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, implementing corrective actions and preventive measures</li><li>Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to integrate SHE considerations into all aspects of the organization's operations</li><li>Design and deliver comprehensive SHE training programs for employees at all levels</li><li>Stay informed about changes in local and international SHE regulations, ensuring the organization remains compliant and up-to-date</li><li>Represent the organization in interactions with regulatory bodies and industry associations</li><li>Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously improve SHE performance</li><li>Implement innovative technologies and best practices to enhance the organization's SHE management systems</li></ul>
