We have a great work environment that fosters individual growth and allows our team to enjoy helping people go green.Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct a site survey with company-provided tools and equipment.</li><li>Document site with a camera using company app.</li><li>Effectively and professionally communicate with the customer to inform them of your process and timeline.</li><li>Prompt and regular communication with Ion Solar's scheduling team.</li></ul>Required Skills/Abilities:<ul><li>Ability to work on a residential roof.</li><li>Ability to work as part of a team.</li><li>Ability to follow instructions.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to use hand and power tools.</li><li>Proficient math skills to calculate the number of materials needed.</li><li>Ability to use ION technology, such as Paycom, FieldPro, Salesforce, and smartphones</li><li>Must possess a valid Driver's License</li></ul>Education and Experience:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Basic knowledge of roofing and construction: materials involved, roof types and terms, etc.</li><li>Basic knowledge of residential electrical systems and associated vocabulary.</li></ul>Driving Requirements:<ul><li>Must be at least 21 years old</li><li>Must have a clean driving record as determined by a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check</li></ul>Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Must be able to work at heights.</li><li>Physically able to climb, stand, walk, kneel, and crouch for extended periods of time.</li><li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time</li><li>Must use earplugs around loud equipment and wear gloves, safety glasses, and other protective gear.</li></ul>Compensation/Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive wages</li><li>Health/Vision/Dental Insurance</li><li>401K</li><li>Paid time off and paid holidays</li><li>Paid birthday off</li></ul> ION Solar is an equal opportunity employer.
