Essential Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li> Needs to understand the HYDAC Quality Policy and Quality Objectives and how they are related to this position.</li><li> Must read and interpret production work instructions, production orders, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and quality plans.</li><li> Use fixed and variable measurement equipment. </li></ul>CORE MACHINE OPERATOR "C"<ul><li>Basic Machine Operations on Braze cut length machine, upcut saw and cut to length little bar machine. </li><li>May require 0-1 years of experience in the field or in a related area. </li><li>Requires a high school diploma. </li><li>Has to pass HYDAC Criteria within 90 days. </li><li>Reports to a Lead or supervisor.</li></ul> Skills and Attributes<ul><li>Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.</li><li>Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Develops alternate solutions.</li><li>Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English. </li><li>Oral Communication: Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.</li><li>Enter and record data in SAP, Excel, and other software programs.</li></ul>Education and Experience<ul><li>High school diploma or GED or up to 1-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li></ul>Safety and Personal Protective Equipment<ul><li>Must adhere to all safety rules in force for the location you are in while performing your job responsibilities.
