The location for the position is in Marseille, France. What will you be doing As an Agreement Delivery Coordinator, you will be essential part of the contract core team delivering the maintenance agreements to our customers. The Agreement Delivery Coordinator is supporting in the maintenance agreement execution. This includes taking a proactive approach to prepare engine preventive maintenance interventions.<ul><li>Coordinate spare part deliveries</li><li>Securing field service resources for the maintenance tasks</li><li>Ensuring the necessary special tools are available for the maintenance interventions</li><li>Coordinating workshop maintenance tasks</li><li>Consult with Wärtsilä technical experts</li><li>Consult with other suppliers and subcontractors</li></ul> This is to ensure that the maintenance tasks are executed in the set time frame without delays. This requires continuous communication with the customers, as well as other Wartsila departments. In the role you are also focusing on the cost to serve and customer satisfaction. For the major maintenance interventions create a maintenance execution plan with timelines, actions and cost estimates.   Supports customers to manage unforeseen issues.
