Your responsibilities will span from the initial stages of production to final dispatch.How you’ll make an impact <ul><li>Maintain HSE and Quality standard in production line. Ensure in process quality checks and skill certification of blue-collar employees.</li><li>Setting daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicating to the employees (blue collar/white collar/contract). Identify deficiencies in production area, propose improvement activities (JDI, Kaizens, A3, 6Sigma), and oversees implementation and deployment of actions to improve production performance.</li><li>Coach, guides, motivates, and develops direct and indirect subordinates within QC, HR policies, Product knowledge, Continuous improvement tools etc.</li><li>Participate in Technology Transfer of new products for Production and participate in all the Green field/Brownfield. projects for new facility development, expansion, or incorporation in existing line.</li><li>Leading the Lean Light House deployment with factory operations team.</li><li>Coordination with cross functional team for timely resolution of any issues as well as implement the best practices.</li><li>Involves overseeing the entire production process, from the initial manufacturing steps to final packing and dispatch.
