Detailed Description:<ul><li>The achievement of personal production targets.</li><li>Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Adhering to the quality standards that have been laid out within the production cells.</li><li>Contributing towards maintaining the various metrics used to monitor the production cell’s performance.</li><li>Manufacturing product in line with the standard operating times for that product.</li><li>Identifying constraints within the production cell.</li><li>Working as part of a team but also autonomously.</li><li>Being capable of managing your own time and workload efficiently.</li><li>Using our SAP system to carry out various transactions as part of the manufacturing process.</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>Experience of working within a team and able to work on own.</li><li>Attention to detail and quality mind-set.</li><li>Flexible approach to work and a willingness to move to other areas within the department</li><li>Experience of working within a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Ability to follow engineering drawings and technical instructions.</li><li>Ability to manipulate small complex parts repeatedly and with precision.</li><li>Experience with SAP (manufacturing planning system)</li><li>Competent using Microsoft Excel and Word</li></ul>  Teledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
