Job Description:The Sr. Engineer - TrueCapture is responsible for executing commissioning activities for Nextracker products in energized environments, ensuring compliance with project and customer technical specifications.This role provides technical support across departments, oversees equipment installation and maintenance (preventive, corrective, and predictive), and ensures proper documentation and adherence to company policies and procedures. The position also involves managing materials, maintaining organized work environments, and supporting continuous improvement of commissioning processes.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Carry out commissioning activities for Nextracker products in an energized environment, meeting customer and project technical specifications.</li><li>Support other areas with activities, providing information, evidence and installing equipment related to Nextracker products.</li><li>Maintain equipment in accordance with operating specifications, through necessary preventive, corrective and predictive actions.</li><li>Execute projects to meet needs, analyzing, reporting and/or adapting so that equipment operates correctly and within specifications.</li><li>Prepare documentation relating to commissioning, providing and updating information with the areas involved.</li><li>Provide all necessary technical support to the customer and others department members.</li><li>Comply with policies/procedures/standards relating to the company, work process and implemented management systems.</li><li>Ensure the order, storage and conservation of materials and equipment under their responsibility and the workplace, as well as maintaining the organization of documentation relating to the work process.</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>Completed degree in Industrial, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering</li><li>4+ years of experience in Commissioning.</li><li>A leadership personality.</li><li>Intermediate knowledge of Excel.</li><li>Previous experience in industrial mechanical maintenance is desirable, preferably in an area related to renewable energy.</li><li>Proven ability to solve problems efficiently and work independently.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and co-workers.</li><li>Availability to travel.</li><li>Reading and interpretation of technical drawings.</li><li>Advanced English and Spanish.</li></ul>At Nextracker, we are leading in the energy transition, providing the most comprehensive portfolio of intelligent solar tracker and software solutions for solar power plants, as well as strategic services to capture the full value of solar power plants for our customers.
