Position RequirementsAcademic Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in human resources or similar. Experience• Minimum 5 years in recruitment. • Field experience and management of social media to attract talent. • Experience in manufacturing companies is essential. Languages• Conversational English (essential). Technical Knowledge• Proficiency in the Workday platform.• Proficiency in recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, OCC, Indeed, etc.). • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Interview and competency-based assessment techniques.
