Help us make agriculture more efficient, sustainable, and forward-thinking.Responsibilities / TasksWe are seeking a qualified individual for the role of Product Owner, responsible for defining and prioritizing features within the DairyNet environment. This position requires close collaboration with stakeholders across engineering, product management, and customer-facing teams. The Product Owner serves as a central interface and must bring experience in leading modern product teams.Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead a product team focused on the DairyNet Mobile App (Farm Management Software)</li><li>Act as the primary contact for product-related questions within the development team</li><li>Coordinate feature development in close collaboration with product managers and fellow Product Owners.</li><li>Create detailed user stories and use cases to guide our software development teams.</li><li>Develop innovative digital solutions for the global dairy farming industry</li><li>Capture and prioritize feature requests, use cases, and POC requirements in collaboration with product management and system architecture</li><li>Organize and maintain product and epic backlogs in alignment with all relevant stakeholders</li><li>Analyze product requirements, make decisions, and conduct trade-off analyses to ensure business objectives are met</li><li>Align the product roadmap with internal and external customer needs</li></ul>Your Profile / QualificationsYour Profile<ul><li>University degree in Agricultural Sciences, ideally with a focus on animal sciences or livestock management</li><li>Alternatively in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering</li><li>Strong knowledge of Dairy herd management and a solid understanding of the requirements of modern dairy farming</li><li>First experience leading and managing software development teams as a Product Owner for digital products is a plus, but not mandatory.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, organizational talent, and team spirit</li><li>Basic knowledge of Atlassian JIRA and Confluence is a plus</li><li>Willingness to travel internationally (&lt;10%)</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
