This position is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing .The ideal candidate has experience in a complex, fast paced &amp; high-volume payroll environment.</span></div><br><br><h3>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support the Payroll team with day-to-day payroll processing for approximately 8000 employees.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation, including PAYE, NIC, pensions auto-enrolment, and statutory payments (SMP, SSP, SPP, etc.)</li><li>Liaise with various stakeholders in the business relating to payroll activity.</li><li>Assisting employees with queries</li><li>Support the UK Reward &amp; Benefits Manager with benefit administration</li><li>Keep up to date with legal updates, and best practices in payroll operations.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of payroll experience</li><li>Experience managing high-volume, multi-location payroll operations.</li><li>Working knowledge of payroll compliance rules.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.</li><li>Strong organisational and time-management skills.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.</li></ul><br>
