Every year, more than 10,000 companies across 60 countries apply to get Great Place to Work Certified.</div>The Associate, Project Development will support the siting and development of community solar and small utility-scale solar energy projects throughout the United States.Responsibilities ⚙️<ul><li>Site new solar projects utilizing GIS Platforms and Tools</li><li>Negotiate land control documents based on set company parameters</li><li>Support development activities in early, mid, and/or late stages of projects   </li><li>Coordinate landowner communication efforts </li><li>Obtain certain local and/or state permits  </li><li>Attend Community meetings and represent Reactivate with customers, landowners, state and local officials and other stakeholders</li><li>Conduct site assessments, fatal flaw analysis and other due diligence</li><li>Support initiation of generation interconnection activities</li><li>Other responsibilities as deemed necessary for being a member of a growing organization</li></ul>Requirements  🎓<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, Urban Planning, Engineering, or a related field</li><li>2+ years of experience in real estate, engineering consulting, or renewable energy project development is preferred</li><li>A desire to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and Office365 Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)</li><li>Travel as needed, anticipated 30-50% of the time</li><li>Valid driver's license required</li></ul>The annual base salary for this position is $60,000 – $85,000.
