Your responsibilities will span employee engagement, attraction, retention, recognition, HR support, training culture, and process optimization.This is a hands-on role where you’ll jump in wherever needed - solving problems on the ground, supporting employees, and collaborating with our local Operations and global People teams to improve how we operate and scale.**This role requires travel to Hannover every other week** What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Manage all aspects of the employee driver journey, including issuing employment offers, registering employees in our systems, onboarding, performance management, training, disciplinary actions, leave management, and offboarding.</li><li>Be the real-time problem solver: respond quickly to onsite issues, driver concerns, or operational blockers as they arise.</li><li>Serve as a go-to point of contact for frontline employee support and questions: create a safe and respectful environment where employees feel heard, valued, and empowered, and produce necessary documents for them.</li><li>Drive and deliver initiatives to boost employee engagement, recognition, retention, and elevate the overall employee experience.</li><li>Collaborate with Operations teams to enhance driver satisfaction and business outcomes  -such as improving shift attractiveness or reducing unplanned absence.</li><li>Identify, improve, and implement scalable processes to streamline day-to-day HR operations.</li></ul>Who You Are:<ul><li>Native level of German and advanced English (you’ll communicate with international colleagues on a daily basis and should be able to express yourself in English)</li><li>Minimum 2 years in Human Resources, People Partnering, Employee Relations, Customer Service, Operations or equivalent</li><li>Comfortable with digital tools and systems and quick to get up to speed with new platforms</li><li>Empathetic, clear and transparent communicator with sound judgement, capable of navigating sensitive situations with professionalism.</li><li>A reflex for action and a strong sense of ownership: you are proactive, identify gaps in process, and propose solutions with an excitement to own implementation and iteration.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Joining a global employer with over 750 mobility projects in 50+ countries</li><li>Becoming part of a company that was awarded for its commitment to social good</li><li>30 vacation days a year</li><li>Urban Sports Club membership</li><li>Access to our offices in Berlin Mitte and in the center of Hannover</li><li>The opportunity to truly have a positive impact on a large employee group and local communities</li><li>Salary Range: €45,000-55,000 per year.
