Impact team, you will help evolve our practices, roll out global initiatives, and embody our core values every day: passion, boldness, simplicity, and a strong commitment to inclusion. 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️Your responsibilities Strategic Business Partnering<ul><li>Build trusted relationships with managers, support them with their HR challenges, and help them grow in their roles through regular HR touchpoints.</li><li>Be a trusted partner for employees, actively supporting their development (mobility, growth, feedback, etc.) and fostering engagement.</li><li>Roll out and facilitate key HR rituals (annual reviews, mid-year reviews, career check-ins, etc.) to support talent development.</li><li>Adopt a data-driven approach to managing your scope: monitor HR KPIs, analyze employee data, and provide reporting to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement. </li></ul>Employee Experience<ul><li>Collaborate closely with the People Ops team to ensure a seamless employee experience, from onboarding to offboarding.</li><li>Foster a positive and stimulating work environment by being attentive to employee engagement and concerns.</li><li>Turn employee feedback (engagement &amp; pulse surveys, ad hoc feedback, etc.) into actionable levers to sustainably improve the organization.</li><li>Proactively identify opportunities to continuously enhance the employee experience, contributing to HR projects related to engagement and well-being.</li><li>Bring our ways of working and values to life every day, fostering a genuine culture of feedback. </li></ul>Talent Management &amp; Development<ul><li>Act as a bridge between teams and the People &amp; Impact department: capture and share needs, adapt initiatives to the local context, and strengthen collaboration to maximize impact.</li><li>Contribute to optimizing HR policies (training programs, career paths, etc.) to support employee growth and engagement. </li></ul>HR Initiatives &amp;
