You’ll collaborate across international teams within the Iberdrola Group and work closely with external partners to deliver strategic security solutions.What you’ll bringWe’re seeking someone with deep technical expertise in cyber security operations, ideally with experience in both IT and OT environments. Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, the PURDUE model, and platforms like SIEM/SOAR and XDR will be highly beneficial. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to navigate complex challenges, build global relationships, and drive strategic outcomes. You’ll be expected to plan and manage a 12-month delivery roadmap, oversee audit schedules, and support regulatory compliance efforts.This role reports to the Security Operations Manager and may involve occasional travel to Spain and other company locations.
