We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.<div><ul><li>Atender clientes, por telefone, a fim de prestar informações técnicas diversas sobre os produtos;</li><li>Prestar suporte técnico de forma remota aos clientes, conforme a natureza do problema apresentado em campo;</li><li>Visitar clientes com problemas em campo, diagnosticar os defeitos apresentados pelo equipamento, identificar e avaliar a natureza das falhas, reparar e/ou enviar para reparos na fábrica, conforme natureza dos problemas identificados e recursos disponíveis;</li><li>Analisar os problemas identificados em relação à política para concessão ou não de garantia;</li><li>Elaborar laudos técnicos sobre os problemas identificados;</li><li>Prestar suporte técnico durante as instalações dos equipamentos no cliente ou nas operações de start up, quando necessário;</li><li>Elaborar relatório de atendimento ao cliente, descrevendo todos os eventos realizados;</li><li>Preparar e ministrar treinamentos, internos e externos, de manutenção para os equipamentos;</li><li>Manter controle de toda a documentação e literatura de assistência técnica;</li><li>Cumprir as normas e procedimentos referentes ao sistema de gestão da qualidade, meio ambiente, segurança e saúde ocupacional (ESH);</li><li>Colaborar para a manutenção dos programas de qualidade e melhoria contínua;</li><li>Zelar pela ordem e guarda, conservação dos materiais, equipamentos sob sua responsabilidade e do local de trabalho, bem como manter a organização de toda a documentação referente ao processo do trabalho.</li></ul></div>Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
