Own the development of executive-ready decks and materials that clearly communicate strategy, progress, and recommendations.</li><li><b>Research &amp; Analysis:</b> Conduct in-depth research and data analysis on HR trends, internal workforce metrics and engagement survey results. Translate complex findings into actionable insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement across People programs.</li><li><b>Process &amp; Workflow Optimization: </b>Audit, streamline, and document People team processes including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, internal communications, and learning initiatives. Build templates, dashboards, and playbooks to enable consistency, efficiency, and scalability.</li><li><b>Cross-Functional Coordination: </b>Act as a trusted partner and point of contact for People-related collaboration across departments. Ensure alignment between People initiatives and broader business goals through meticulous project tracking, stakeholder management, and clear communication.</li><li><b>Trusted Execution Partner:</b> Serve as a reliable, detail-oriented execution partner to the Head of People. Anticipate needs, manage priorities, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks — from preparing for exec meetings to following up on key decisions.
