<p>ICON is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team through the end of 2025. This role will focus on interview logistics, candidate communication, ATS management, and administrative coordination, enabling recruiters to dedicate more time to sourcing and full-cycle recruiting. This position is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in recruiting operations.
