<p>ICON is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team through the end of 2025. This role will balance sourcing and recruiting coordination responsibilities, managing candidate pipelines, interview logistics, and administrative support to enable recruiters to focus on full-cycle hiring. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at identifying and engaging top talent while maintaining a seamless candidate experience.
