<p>ICON is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead strategic recruiting efforts across our construction and design-build functions. In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process for positions that span field operations, project management, engineering, and construction leadership. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring managers, helping to build the teams that are redefining how the world is built.
