Join our team.What you’ll do We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Finance Project Controller to join our growing finance team. This role is critical in supporting financial oversight and strategic decision-making across complex projects, including capital investments, manufacturing buildouts, and operational scaling. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial integrity, transparency, and alignment with company goals.<ul><li>Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for major projects, including capital expenditures and operational initiatives totaling more than $300M.</li><li>Monitor project budgets, actuals, and variances; provide timely insights and recommendations to project leads and senior leadership.</li><li>Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and investment decisions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and external audit requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with procurement, operations, and engineering teams to track project milestones and financial impact.</li><li>Prepare monthly and quarterly project performance reports for executive review.</li><li>Support ERP and financial system enhancements related to project tracking and reporting.</li><li>Identify risks and opportunities across projects and recommend mitigation strategies.</li></ul>What we’re looking for<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, engineering, or related field</li><li>7+ years of experience in financial planning &amp; analysis, project controlling, or corporate finance</li><li>Demonstrated experience in project cost forecasting and contingency analysis</li><li>Detailed knowledge of project management processes, earned value analysis, and project cost estimating</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; relevant experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP system </li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights </li><li>Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders </li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment </li></ul>Our pay and benefits<ul><li>Salary: $95,000 -140,000 annually, depending on education, experience and skills</li><li>Equity position in Niron via stock option grant</li><li>Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Mental healthcare</li><li>401k plan with company match</li><li>Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays</li><li>Experience in a fun, high-performing, manufacturing environment</li></ul>
