This role reports to the Manager, Global Supply Management (“GSM”) for Active Battery Materials. As part of the “Actives” team, you will establish and execute on Form’s commercial-scale sourcing strategy, owning key categories like bulk commodity chemicals, specialty carbons and catalysts, made-to-spec tapes, electroplated coatings, and other raw materials. You will deliver shrewd insights based on a deep understanding of upstream manufacturing processes, market trends, and Form’s requirements, ensuring delivery of quality materials that meet Form’s bold performance, cost, and timeline needs.The successful candidate will rely on their combination of business acumen, technical depth, innate curiosity, and experience across raw materials categories to bring strategic approaches and oversight to the sourcing of these critical components, while developing and maintaining positive, productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners alike.
